Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,249 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, RPL6, and RPL7. Each is linked with RPL4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4 results are reported.
