Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,050 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, ATP6V0D1, and SMIM12. Each is linked with RPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4 results are reported.
