Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4 results are reported.
