Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,116 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Transcription initiation at mitochondrial promoter, and Regulation of leukocyte differentiation. Each is linked with RPL4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction grouped by RPL4-low versus RPL4-high in BONE.
