Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, OR3A2, and PRAMEF25. Each is linked with RPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4 results are reported.
