RPL3P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,090 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BDH2, DDAH1, and DLG1. Each is linked with RPL3P13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3P13 versus BDH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
