RPL3L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,890 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINCMD1, RBMS3, and RBMS3-AS2. Each is linked with RPL3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3L versus LINCMD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
