RPL3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR507, ABHD5, and BAG2. Each is linked with RPL3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR507 grouped by RPL3L-low versus RPL3L-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
