RPL3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,184 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, Nucleotide biosynthetic process, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL3L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3L-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process grouped by RPL3L-low versus RPL3L-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
