RPL39P29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,219 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL39P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RPL39P29 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39P29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39P29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL39P29-low versus RPL39P29-high in BLCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39P29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39P29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
