Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,726 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Protein acylation, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with RPL39P26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39P26-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39P26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by RPL39P26-low versus RPL39P26-high in UCEC.
