Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,969 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39P15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, scaRNA localization to Cajal body, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RPL39P15 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39P15-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39P15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by RPL39P15-low versus RPL39P15-high in STAD.
