Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,398 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL39-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, FCGR3B, and CXCR2. Each is linked with RPL39 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL39-to-partner and partner-to-RPL39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
