Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL38P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL38P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RPL38P2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL38P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL38P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
