The most reproducible RPL38-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMS3, N4BP2L1, and CBX7. Each is linked with RPL38 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL38-to-partner and partner-to-RPL38 results are reported.
