Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS11, RPS12, and RPS2. Each is linked with RPL38 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL38-to-partner and partner-to-RPL38 results are reported.
