Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37P18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,436 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL37P18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with RPL37P18 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37P18-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37P18 results are reported.
