Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL37P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL37P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPL37P10 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL37P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPL37P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
