Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,164 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL37A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, CMTM2, and CSF3R. Each is linked with RPL37A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
