RPL37A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL37A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,250 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL37A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10A, RPS8, and RPL26. Each is linked with RPL37A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
