RPL36P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,915 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL36P20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP109, MYADML, and OR5BD1P. Each is linked with RPL36P20 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36P20-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL36P20 versus RN7SKP109 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
