Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPOR3_S44, AAGAB, and ACIN1_S657. Each is linked with RPL36P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL36P2 versus RIPOR3_S44 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
