RPL36AP39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36AP39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,444 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL36AP39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, tRNA 5'-end processing, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPL36AP39 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AP39-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AP39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL36AP39-low versus RPL36AP39-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36AP39→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36AP39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
