RPL36A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL36A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1E, UTP4, and THOC1. Each is linked with RPL36A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL36A versus POLR1E in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL36A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL36A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
