The most reproducible RPL36A-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K_pT389, PR, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RPL36A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36A results are reported.
