Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,097 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPL35P2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35P2 results are reported.
