Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL35AP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL35AP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPL35AP6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL35AP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where RPL35AP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
