Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL35AP35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL35AP35 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPL35AP35 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL35AP35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UVM show a favorable association.
CESC, SARC, and DLBC are the cancer types where RPL35AP35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
