RPL35AP32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35AP32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,573 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35AP32-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALM2P2, PRDX3P1, and RPL23AP64. Each is linked with RPL35AP32 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP32 versus CALM2P2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35AP32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35AP32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
