Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL35AP21 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL35AP21 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL35AP21 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPL35AP21 RNA expression shows 8,183 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Together, these results highlight KIRC, COAD, and READ as cancer lineages where RPL35AP21 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
