Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35AP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL35AP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC1, PLRG1, and PNN. Each is linked with RPL35AP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35AP10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35AP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP10 versus YTHDC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35AP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35AP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
