Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL35A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL35A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RPL35A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL35A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC and PRAD are the cancer types where RPL35A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
