RPL35A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMSS1, UBXN7, and URB1. Each is linked with RPL35A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL35A versus CMSS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
