Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL35A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,364 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL35A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Protein linear polyubiquitination, and tRNA 5'-end processing. Each is linked with RPL35A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by RPL35A-low versus RPL35A-high in BONE.
