Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL35 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPL35 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPL35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
