Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,624 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL13, RPL32, and RPL36AL. Each is linked with RPL35 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35 results are reported.
