Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-618P, REXO1L8P, and MIR6784. Each is linked with RPL35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35 results are reported.
