RPL35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL35 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, DC, and MEP. Each is linked with RPL35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adipocytes grouped by RPL35-low versus RPL35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
