RPL34P31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL34P31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,649 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34P31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPL34P31 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34P31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34P31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL34P31-low versus RPL34P31-high in KICH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL34P31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL34P31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
