Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL34 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL34 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPL34 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where RPL34 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
