RPL34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,125 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADH5, CMPK2, and FAM219A_S72. Each is linked with RPL34 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL34 versus ADH5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
