Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,763 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34-associated genes across cancer lineages are SV2A, SAP30L, and RILPL1. Each is linked with RPL34 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34 results are reported.
