Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P4, MIR8082, and AQP7P3. Each is linked with RPL34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34 results are reported.
