Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,127 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration, Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration, and Telencephalon glial cell migration. Each is linked with RPL34 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL34 results are reported.
