Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,971 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with RPL32P5 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxidative phosphorylation grouped by RPL32P5-low versus RPL32P5-high in STAD.
