Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, COPB1, and DHX9. Each is linked with RPL32P34 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P34-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P34 versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
