Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,724 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALMS1-IT1, SUZ12P1, and PTRH2. Each is linked with RPL32P32 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P32 versus ALMS1-IT1 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
