RPL32P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, ILF2, and TCERG1. Each is linked with RPL32P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P3 versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
