Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,111 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with RPL32P27 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P27-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by RPL32P27-low versus RPL32P27-high in ESCA.
