Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,775 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Positive regulation of binding, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with RPL32P25 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P25-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA processing grouped by RPL32P25-low versus RPL32P25-high in DLBC.
